Refund & Cancellation

Last updated: September 2026

1. Overview

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for JPB Global Solutions UK LTD academy courses, certifications and paid services. By enrolling or purchasing, you agree to these terms.

2. Academy Courses & Certifications

• Cooling-off period: You may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course or started an exam.
• After the cooling-off period: Fees are non-refundable once significant course content has been accessed or a certification exam has begun.
• Live cohorts: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the start date receive a full refund; cancellations after that may receive a credit toward a future cohort.

3. Recruitment & Staffing Services

Fees for recruitment and staffing services are governed by the individual client agreement, including any replacement guarantee. Where a permanent placement ends within the guarantee period, we provide a replacement in line with that agreement rather than a cash refund, unless stated otherwise.

4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Email info@jpbglobalsolutions.com with your name, order or enrolment reference, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your provider, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.

6. Non-Refundable Items

• Completed certifications and issued credentials.
• One-to-one mentoring sessions already delivered.
• Third-party exam or registration fees, where applicable.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
